BMW가 만든 아트카 'BMW M3 GT2'가 공개되었습니다.
이번으로 17번째를 맞이하게 되는 BMW 아트카의 제작에는 아티스트인 제프 쿤스가 참여했다고 합니다.

Jeff Koons named 17th BMW Art Car artist.
The Art Car series will be continued with a work by American artist Jeff Koons, one of the mega-stars of the art scene who said, "I look forward to participating in a tradition set forth by great artists". He first expressed interest in designing an Art Car seven years ago; in February of this year, he was named as 17th BMW Art Car artist. Jeff Koons is known for his penchant for automobiles. Bono, singer of the group U2, recently paid tribute to Koons as "one of the ideal artists to design a car that would make the world fall in love with automobiles again". A BMW M3 GT2 decorated by Koons will celebrate its world premiere in the Centre Pompidou in Paris in June. Afterwards, the 495 hp vehicle will follow in the footsteps of the first BMW Art Cars and compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
